Exchange and return policy – GERNITIC store
Thank you for your shopping at GERNITIC store, and in order to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, we provide a clear exchange and return policy that is compatible with the regulations of the Saudi Ministry of Commerce.

1. General conditions

The customer can request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
The product must be:
Not used،
And in its original state،
Wrapped in the original packaging and unopened.
The purchase invoice or proof of order must be attached when applying for a return or exchange.

2. Non-returnable or exchangeable products

To maintain the safety and health of customers, can not be returned or exchanged:
Skin care or cosmetic products that have been opened or used.
Products purchased as part of final liquidation offers or with “non-returnable ” offers.
Products that have been damaged or tampered with after receipt.
📌 This complies with Article (13) of the Saudi e-commerce system, which excludes goods related to health and personal hygiene from return if opened or used.

3. Cases in which a free return or exchange is entitled

The customer has the right to request a return or replacement at the expense of the store in the following cases:
Receipt of a different product from the original order.
Receiving a damaged or defective product upon delivery
The presence of an obvious factory defect in the product.
In these cases, the store will bear the full shipping and return costs after checking the condition.

4. Cases where the customer bears the shipping costs

If the return or exchange is due to the customer”s personal desire (such as a change of opinion or error in choosing the product)،
Shipping and delivery costs will be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Refund mechanism

After receiving the product, checking it and confirming its condition, the refund is made within 7 to 14 business days.
The refund is made in the same way as the original payment method (card, Mada, Apple Pay, STC Pay, bank transfer…).
In case of discounts or coupons, their monetary value is not refunded.

6. Processing and shipping time

The exchange or return process begins after the product is received and inspected by the GERNITIC team.
If approved, a confirmation notification will be sent via e-mail or WhatsApp registered in the application.

7. Customer responsibility

Ensure the accuracy of the shipping address and contact details to avoid order delay or loss.
Make sure that the desired product matches before opening the package.
Keep the invoice and receipt until the process is completed.
